Hi, I’m Chelsea Adrienne, a Clinical Nutritionist, Self Hypnosis Coach, and Holistic Wellness Coach dedicated to helping women heal their cycles, have radiant skin, and feel their most energised selves.
I’ve always known there was something bigger at play when it comes to health. In 2016, while competing in bikini competitions, I suffered a spinal injury that changed everything. Doctors prescribed medications, but the side effects felt more dangerous than the injury itself. I refused to accept that as my only option, so I dove into research, alternative healing, and natural medicine—determined to find another way.
Through intentional movement, anti-inflammatory nutrition, and addressing both internal and external factors sabotaging my healing, I slowly began to rebuild my body. This journey led me to study at Endeavour College of Natural Health, where I earned my Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, graduating in 2021.
